- No Refund After Payment:
We do not offer refunds after payment has been made for any product. However, if there is an issue with the product(s) received, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. - Exchange Within 3 Working Days:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) within 3 working days of receiving your order, provided the item(s) is/are in the same condition in which they were sold. We only accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value. Any price differences will be charged accordingly.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email: Customercare@yettyjewelgifts.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same condition in which they were sold. If the item(s) meet our exchange policy, we will send the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
